Hi! I’m Courtney, the proud Owner of Magnolia Square Venue, which is conveniently located in the charming area of Downtown New Iberia. When I opened the doors in October 2022, my goal was to ensure that our clients had access to an affordable event venue option that didn’t compromise on quality.

Our pricing reflects my commitment to providing an inclusive space, complete with ample setup and cleanup time, as well as amenities designed to significantly reduce the stress often associated with hosting an event. Magnolia Square Venue operates as a DIY (do it yourself) venue, which means that we do not include event planning or decor services as part of our offerings. I understand that event planning can be both time-consuming and costly, so I chose to provide all the essential tables and chairs, along with minimal design elements, in our welcoming 2,500-square-foot open event space. This allows our clients the freedom to bring in their own decor, food, and beverages to truly customize and enhance their celebratory experience.

Magnolia Square Venue offers the capacity to host up to 150 guests seated in the event space. For standing room and flow-through type of events, Magnolia Square Venue can accommodate up to 241 guests. Whether you are hosting a baby shower, bridal shower, birthday party celebration, fundraiser, awards banquet, meeting or are using the space for a celebration of life, Magnolia Square Venue offers a historical setting with plenty of natural light in the heart of Downtown New Iberia.
